Residential

Archewell works with everyday Australians to bring their housing vision to life. We have a suite of single family, duplex, townhouse, semi-attached and apartment building options. Our projects range from entry-level homes right through the high-end residential. Our focus is ensuring the end product is aesthetically and functionally pleasing for the client – and one they can call their ‘forever home’.

Commercial

Each year we work with businesses and investors alike to deliver new and/ or upgrades to offices, shops, outlets and factories prior to being leased or sold to the private sector. We have partnered with leading commercial architects firms to collaboratively bring much-needed infrastructure to into the market which supports local business and the economy.

Retail

We construct, repair, decorate and improve new or existing buildings for the retail industry in New South Wales. We strive to improve the potential for businesses to increase their profits, the experience for customers and to build happy and safe environments for workers. Attention to detail, the application of regulations and awareness of environmental factors are areas we cognisant of throughout these projects.

Education

One of our cornerstone services is working with schools, the government and other educational/ vocational institutions to increase infrastructure (education and recreation) to areas that need it most. We are specialists in the planning, design, construction and maintenance of these buildings - with a co-design attitude which takes the thoughts and requirements of each stakeholder into consideration at each stage of the project.
